I’m interested in how people make sense of their lives — what they believe is possible, what they’ve come to accept as fact, and what they may not be seeing in their own situation.
A lot of my work starts with a simple question:
What are we missing here?
I moved to the UK with four children and had to build a life here from scratch. Since then, I’ve changed careers, built businesses, trained in psychology, and rebuilt parts of my life I once thought were fixed.
That experience influences how I see people and change. I know how convincing “I can’t”, “it’s too late” or “this is just how my life is” can feel.
I also know that my way isn’t your way. I’m not here to give you my answers. I’m interested in helping you find yours.
I don’t work from a script.
I listen to how you describe what’s happening, what you already believe about it, where things don’t quite add up, and what may have been overlooked.
I ask questions, test assumptions and help you look at the situation from angles you may not have considered.
Depending on the person and the work, I may also use coaching tools, metaphorical associative cards, visual or body-based practices.
The aim is to understand what’s actually going on and give you more to work with when deciding what happens next.
